    Hi there,

I have a '99 Avant with leather seats, the rear set mechanism for locking them into position has broken (the plastic lever has gone now).

I have queried a couple of breakers and checked ebay (they have some fabric ones on there) but not found anything.

Anyone know of anything or where I can get it repaired without buying new seats (even if they were available).

    Thanks,

    Mark.

    Hi,

Cloth seats are very cheap form breakers or Ebay......does it look like you could swap the broken parts over?

    Hi KJ

That might be worth a try ... I've had a breaker offer the internal parts but actually it's the external piece that's the problem (I lent it out at work and this is how it came back).

I am now selling this car against my new All Roader (07) but just want to tidy it up a bit.
