    Hi Guys,
I've had my car for just over 3 weeks now..and I've noticed that when loading the grocery shopping/stuff into the boot of the car, its very easy to clip the bottom of the bags onto the top portion of the bumper. I did this a few times and being a glossy black this left a few marks with even the lightest of scrapes(luckily they came out though!). Ive been looking about breifly, but do you guys use anything to protect the bumper? A few ideas I had were:

1)Sticky film for sale on the internet -but dont like the idea of this on the paintwork!
2)bootliner that extends out and "hugs" over the bumper when your packing - I like this idea best, but cant seem to see an official one??
3)a bespoke plastic/stainless steel cover - but cant seem to find a good company that does this.

Bearing in mind my car is the saloon model...not avant.

    Any ideas?

I foresaw the same problem with the Lava Grey and bought a top of boot universal strip 1000mm x 100mm of 3M Ventureshield from www.invisiblepatterns.co.uk, think it was about £15, the standard strip fits perfectly on the A4 boot lip and the how to video was done on an A4 Avant which was ideal for me to follow.

It's paid dividends looking at the strip a year after fitting it!!

I've got a stick on plastic protector. I'd have preferred to match the rails but couldn't find one at the time.
