I've got a 2004 Ibiza 1.2 and the tensioner on the timing chain went. Its got a new chain and kit on it and its not starting but I want to make sure that its not just timed wrong. Does anyone know someone who knows someone?
I think its going to take big money but I want to make sure that its timed right before I start taking the head off...

This is what i need: http://www.toolbox.co.uk/sealey-vse5...ne-7262-110182

I don't see the point in buying it if I'll only ever use it the once :s (and also, its £20-30 more expensive here than it is on that site).

    Anyone got any ideas?

I ended up just buying the kit. And spending about £200 on replacing valves, etc...
