IRight, I'm definitely buying a set of these for my avant.
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...fvi%3D1&_rdc=1
I had a set for my golf so I can vouch for the quality and accuracy of the fit.
    http://www.vanstyle.co.uk/shop/index.php/cPath/2729
Who else would fancy a set?

Just spoken to van style. They should be able sort us a discount but how much discount depends on how many of us we can get together. Initially, I must compile a list of our vehicles and the quantities required. They will quote on that list provided, i'll then let you know how much the blinds will cost, you then send me the money and I send one large payment to vanstyle. They then send you the blinds.

    The more the merrier chaps.

    How this works

I will accept Paypal or bank transfer or personal cheque before the order is placed but after I have a price from the company so there will be a short period for you to get funds transferred.

They fix in place using metal clips that trap behind and between the rubber window seal and the metal of the car door.

I'll have a look for some pics but I didn't have them long before I sold the car.
They are a good construction with a metal frame and if I recall correctly the fit is that accurate I had to figure out how to get them in place.

The rear window blind is made of 2 pieces.

I realise that I failed to specify a time frame. I think it would be good to get all blinds supplied by the end of April. Therefore we would need to submit our final list within the next 2 weeks I suspect.

please state vehicle make, model, year and estate / avant (a) or saloon (s) cabriolet (c). If hatch back, please state number of doors.

Spooky I was looking at these on ebay last weekend, now the little one is here

I had OEM sunblinds in my last Avant but it appears that the retrofit option are slightly different and don't sit flush in the door card and look a bit odd.

These look really good though so count me in

I could be convinced.......but a couple of questions.

1 - Ben - do you have any photos showing them fitted?
2 - the clips on the site look like sticky ones....is that right?
3 - how would you collect money?

They do look quite good though.

    Sounds good......
one final question but I suspect I know the answer to this....

presumably the blinds are shaped and include the triangular window on the rear doors?

I'm guessing the blinds are shaped to the door frame and that's a yes......
in which case count me in.....for a saloon.

EDIT : just noticed the saloon blinds ar £10 cheaper at £79.99 (prior to any negotiated discount) so even better!!

I'm interested, although they are pricey, would hope for a decent discount - can't see the need for a rear set of blinds either - I would prefer just the rear door and boot side ones only. That would save about £20!

i asked them about this, only supplying the rear window (if you had a car derived van) and they said no. You only get the complete set for all rear windows.

I have these fitted to my Avant and they're brilliant. Expensive...maybe but well worth it.
