I was looking at my rear doors today.....haven't really paid much attention before now and have a question for anyone who can answer.

The vanstyle blinds on their own site says
"UV Car Shades (Set of 6) A4 4 Door 2000-08"

    On Ebay it says
    "Audi A4 4dr 2003 on, Set of 4 (2 rear Passenger windows, &
    2 for rear windscreen) "

    Ok..so I have two questions......
Just behind the rear door is a small triangular window.......first question is - is there a blind to cover that small area????

second question is.....which of the above statements is correct? My car is Saloon so I'm only interested in 4 door version of the blinds....but on the vanstyle site it states set of 6....making me think that there are 4 larger blinds (2 for the rear doors and 2 for the rear screen) plus 2 small ones fo the triangular windows behind the door.
But the Ebay ad it states set of 4....2 for the doors and 2 for the rear screen.

Does any one know the answer to the above?

Ben - if no-one answers these questions, could you confirm the above with vanstyle when you phone and let me know???
Or would you prefer me to phone? If so is there someone I should ask for who would be aware of the potential group buy and I'll mention I'm part of it?

    Cheers
    Dave.

I got a set for my B6 Avant all round, before Xmas, easy to fit just follow instructions. The only problem I had was a little condensation on the really cold days forming behind them.

What car? If it's a B6 Passat Saloon I could go for just the rear window which would make the complete set then so makes it a goer for you (judging by Ben's comments about not splitting a set)

Correct. S-express would receive the full set. It would then between yourselves to arrange terms.

I have a first gen set of these from the company that first made these (OEMSunshades or something) but I've misplaced some fixings and I'm currently using bodged together bits and pieces.

If at all possible, I'd be interested in the fixings only, more specifically the bits that clamp on to the edges of the shades on the rear windows. If you need more info, let me know

Considering selling my VCDS KEY-USB interface. If you're interested please contact me via PM or email.

I spoke to vanstyle again today, I can confirm that the Audi b7 saloon is a 6 blind kit, as is the 9n polo and the Audi a3.

For those interested in only wanting a part set (side windows only), it can be done but the cost saving would be neglegable, you'd be better off having the full set and selling the ones you don't require or find someone that only requires the blinds that you don't want.

I will now send the list that we currently have to them to get an idea of any possible discount. As different sets cost different ammounts, i'v asked that they will price the blinds individually, I don't know how it will be applied, or how much.

They are aware that there is someone that is away with the car on hols, so i've asked if that set can have priority.

Overall they have been very helpfull and so far i'm impressed.

They will despatch directly to you so i will be requiring your delivery addresses to pass on with the order so if you could PM those to me that would be great.

The group buy is still open so please add your name to the list.

    Ben
