Recession? What recession?
So, it seems that this "global recession"
has not impacted negatively on everyone.

Hmmm. What a smart move. Get a car made out of pretty much the densest metal that is commercially available. Only tungsten is (a fraction) heavier but it is damn near impossible to fabricate so gold will have to do.

It should dampen the acceleration just a bit and handle like a canal barge. Gold being so soft, it would be ridiculously easy to dent and scratch.

It looks like highly polished aluminium to me, which would be a far more sensible option, even for a plutocratic potentate.

Even dafter! Silver will tarnish in air, very quickly at Middle East temperatuers. And salt water will blacken and pit the surface badly. I guess there's no risk of road salt causing a problem over there, but he'd better avoid that drive near the beach or down to the harbour to the yacht.

Don't even think about what bird krapp will do. Gimme' perleascent paint with a laqueur finish any day.

after reading all the replys iv never felt such a half wit in my life but it has to said.....

sun + very shiny body = omg i can even look at my car! ( and evey other poor git around me will be dazzeled for hours!)
