    Is this a straight fit?
Airbag looks the same, 58plate CR engined Highline, so I'm hoping the steering controller is suitable.

    Thoughts?

Should be a straight swap, is your origianal wheel a multifunction?

Yep, I have a multifunction wheel already, just without the paddles.
The R36 wheel is also "sporty" just like my Diesel Passat Estate

Multifunction part of it should be fine, not sure about the DSG paddles, might need another steering control module. Not sure on that part.

Sure someone else on here will know

Got my R36 wheel today......Fine looking wheel

That's "my" wheel, without the highline buttons (the blanks come out).

I bought my wheel complete with buttons and paddles

Only thing I needed to change was the airbag loom to suit the wheel

Dealer was very helpful when it came to this

    Here's a pic with it on !!

    Nice one Rich.
Do you have the part number for the loom?

How will I know if I need it? Did you have MFSW already?
