I have lost the supply to the power supply socket in the boot of my 2003 Passat, which has been used to supply my tow bar
12S electrics. I have checked all the fuses in the compartment to the right of the steering wheel and all appear to be intact. Any
    suggestions please?
    Thanks
    Ron

There are 2-3 yellow fuses above the pedals. It is 1 or more of these.
You need to remove the dash trim to get it off, two screws are in the front and 2 in the fuse box you have already been in. You can unplug the 3 cables for lights and ODBII socket once the trim is out a few inches.
