Having finally received my car today I can confirm that the label files I attached earlier in this thread appear to work, certainly the changes I made today all worked as expected, including: instruments to rest of world, comfort indicator 4 blinks, beep on lock/unlock, rain closing, ch/lh via rls, drl on/off in mfd, ata confirmation in mfd, coming home start at ignition off, cornering light with steering wheel only (not when indicating), flash hazard light on emergency braking.

Oh and instrument staging was already enabled on my car!? Wasn't expecting that.

VCDS (formerly known as VAGCOM) - a USB to car cable plus software for your laptop - or at least to know someone with one who would be happy to help, like myself!

Well, I didnt want to impose but if your offering then it would be rude to say no!! of course, it all depends on whether my car is going to arrive any time soon! Seems like a little jaunt to Coventry may be in order when it does!

it's only 90 mins from stockport if u time it, get on down make it work like it was intended to!

when i say if u time it, i mean 'if u time your departure to coincide with minimal traffic'. just did bicester to south cornwall 3.5 hours met no traffic at bristol, mother in law even didn't moan about then commented on 90mph smoothness, in new cc - now that is one for the books! (had suspension on C)
