    Default 2002 Passat 1.9tdi turbo blown hose – 21-01-2011,11:19 PM
    Hi, newbie to forums so will appollogise now for any misderminers.
    I have a 2002 1.9tdi when i get to 3000 Revs one of the Hoses blows off to the right of the engine. hose approx 80mm dia.
    what is causing this to happen ( i am presuming the turbo is kicking in). when this happens the engine sounds a lot louder and ruffer. any ideas?

    The hose connector is worn. You need a new hose.

    Hi i have startede having Abs Problems , i have vag com-ed my car following fault codes have been highlighted. pd unit injector , cylinder 1 (N240) Electrical malfunction. P1666-35-10 INTERMITENT.

    also abs Load signal error from ecu P1857-35-10 Intermitent. can anyone shed some light on these codes for me. all of the wheel sensors are functioning Any Ideas? Thanks

    I would change the injector loom, clear the codes and see what happens. that's probably the cheapest first option.
