    Default Whining noise coming from engine – 21-01-2011,07:29 PM
    For a few weeks now i have noticed a whining noise from the engine when accelerating in low gears particulary 1st 2nd and 3rd the noise carries on after letting my foot of the accelerator it also happens when i change down and my revs are high, any help would be much appreciated thanks

    Check the alternator belt for correct tension.
