    Fifth Gear has reported that Audi have began testing of the A1 in Quattro(now haldex clutch controlled) spec.

    Bloody marketing ploy by Audi to badge transverse engine cars as "quattro"
    when they are not full time 4 wheel drive...

    Aha, well I changed the thread the best I could, but cant change the title.

    Yup, its just a marketing tactic really to get people thinking theyre getting a cheap 'Quattro' when theyre really not! Bet it'll say Quattro on the bootlid when it goes into production aswell!
