    Default Both dipped lights not working – 12-01-2011,05:56 PM
    Both dipped lights are not working. First one warning light came on saying R/H not working. a few days later, before I had a chance to change the bulb the other one went.
    Have changed both bulbs but they are still N/W.
    Anyone got any ideas?

    worth checking fuse 20&21 as a starting point.
    Current : B6 (54) 1.9tdi Quattro Sport Avant (250k and counting), 8L (02) A3 1.9tdi Quattro Sport (5dr) (130k and counting) VW Touran 2016 2.0tdi Family SE (don't ask!)
    Previous : B6 (03) 1.9tdi Quattro SE, 8L (03) A3 1.9tdi SE (5dr)

    have heard mention of a load reduction relay going wrong and also the headlight switch itself causing problems. But I'm not knowledgable enough on the subject to help any. Sorry. I'm sure one of the others will step in.
