Just had the Kenwood fitted at local VW with Ipod connector in the glove box for £899,pushed them to that price,brilliant gadget still haven't found all the features,one feature i do like is that when you put the car in reverse the volume decreases so you can here the sensors,serious piece of kit.

Can buy it on Amazon for £1200 unit only

The dealer did tell me mine was their first fitting job (2 hours) and they had 8 on the shelf to fit to brand new cars

Not happy today just found out that this unit cannot have an Ipod dock in the glove compartment the only ipod connector is on the front and with my car being right hand drive the wires are very close to the gear stick and driver.
Was told by Kenwood "There is an audio/video input on the rear, so you could feed in a AV signal, but it is not an iPod input.".If somebody could enlighten me as to what this means and what info would you see on the screen if i connected it this way.
