guy i am bored of beeing fooled by garages now i am servicing my car myself

but everyday i am learing something else like i have to change the brake fluid aswell and the gearbox oil regularly
petrol filter

is there any good manual book that explais what i should do and how often

I would recommend you buy a Haynes manual. It will help you out with lots of tasks. Amazon sell it, see here, though you can pick it up from fleaBay.

Have you checked the "HOW TO" section. It has some good guides, though if you're a complete novice, get the book.
