Hello,
I have had my 2002 golf gt tdi from new and it has just clocked 212,000 on the clock. Just thought i would pop by, never really had the time to do surfing as i was commuting to London daily but now i work 2 miles from my home in Birmingham.

I love my golf gt tdi, in the 5 years i have owned it i have had it serviced every other month! but it;s kept going and now i am thinking of getting the new golf gti.

Anyways, just a brief introduction really and hope you all enjoy your golf's as much as i do.

hi welcome to the forum!
i have same golf as you, but my miles are a lot lower 83k.
what a cracking tool
i have had a few golfs but this is the best!
as you have done big miles what have you had to replace apart from tyres and pads.

Usual stuff really, Discs/Pads, tyres, 2 new alloys, drivers window switch, airbag module (warranty) - and thats it. It was serviced so often that Nottingham VW knew my phone number off by heart!
I have seriously abused this car and it has cost me, since new about £3000 in servicing and thats it..

keep servicing it, it will go on FOREVER....

And don't forget the cam belt..
