Was driving home today and noticed the passenger wing mirror was vibrating, driver side was fine. Got home and had a look and the mirror came off. On the back there was hardly any glue. Can I stick it back on with sealant and will the heating element still work or shall I get a new replacement?

The glass is held on with a clip. I assume you mean the glass has come unglued from the clip holder. Glue it back on with two pack epoxy glue. It won't come off then. Take the clip bit and glass indoors to glue it face down. Then push back on.
