    could i put in a second hand rev counter without having to code or maybe a new rev counter? that way i wouldnt replace the whole thing needing to code too.

    I have never pulled one of those panel apart, simply takes too long to do compared with having it fixed for me or fitting an exchange unit. It is a different world when the clock ticks by at £55 an hour.
