    Default "Airbag/B Pretensioner not active" – 18-06-2010,12:42 AM
    Hi I bought this Mk4 SE 1.8 Auto golf a few weeks ago and when i switch ignition on I sometimes hear a woo sound?
    Is this a fan belt tensioner thingy?


    My other main problem is below.

    I can see this warning message on display
    "Airbag/B Pretensioner not active"

    Normaly means its been disabled....mine has and i get the same message.

    No lady its not a fail ....they sometimes put it on advise to get done though...mines been out 7 years and no failure

    Forgot to say.....airbag b is passenger one above glovebox....
