Bluetooth Issues Android 8

Audi A4 S-line 09 TFSI

Hi All,
Has anyone had or resolved issues with Bluetooth & Phones running Android 8 ?

I ask as recently upgraded phone & since doing so can still make & receive calls but no longer have text to speech option! which to my amazement worked without me making any setting changes with previous windows phone or MMI of car.

Phone is Sony xperia X-A3 & Sony have had me do software repair to phone with no successful outcome, Chatting to people regarding subject say there is a problem with Bluetooth in Android 8 & wonder if any of you guys have similar issues resolved or not.:confused:
