I’ve got wear on the inner edge of near side rear tyre.
Could this be down to something out of alignment when I changed rear airbag?

Yeah the rear camber adjuster bolt has to be re-adjusted after disturbing any suspension components, I've just replaced a rear coil spring and I had to remove the adjuster bolt to drop the cradle to get the strut in and out.
On checking it was 8.2mm out and the tyre was running on the outer edge, it causes the front geometry to change too and can kick the steering wheel out of alignment like mine, my car was handling very poorly with the back end very twitchy over bumps until I had it reset - now it drives like silk.
Thanks for reply’s
i looked into 4 wheel alignment Centre’s and on the net it seems that the hunter kit is popular so I took it to my nearest one which was at Bitz garage in Nairn.
It was out by a fair bit according to the print out and has made a massive difference to the handling . It’s as sweet as a nut to drive now with no twitching around .
