Whenyou go for a service quote, wear a tight belt. They have a problem pulling your pants down if you do.
Sorry to hijack Nicks thread but made me think to check mine.
Mine has 15k on the clock and this is on mmi. Sound about right? Had the car 1 year.
Dealer rung me other day to say I needed to book in for service but I said that 'car says no' right now and I'll let them know when it does start moaning.

Not looked on the Q7, but I seem to remember my X5 didn't require a service for 2 years unless you exceeded a certain mileage or the car told you otherwise. Sure it was at least 20k?
Think it's to do with the service timing on the car, dealer can set it for one or two years depending on your style. Might be there have you down on the annual service schedule. I asked my dealer to set my car on annual but they forgot and it's on long life (every two years). I'm going to get my switched to annual as I only ever do in town driving.

Does any one know if a service cost more money for an S ?
i was talking today about cost of service packs and got talking about service for the SQ7
i was told that there is no servicecpack or deal for any S audi i.e. S4 S5 S6 SQ7 etc due to performance some thing I never knew
id hate to think of a service price any one with an SQ7 got a service quote or service pack?
No service pack for me...didn't ask about it and hadn't really thought about it until now. I usually get services done at main dealer for resale value, but if it's extortionate I may go to an indy. I'll ask my mate how much his SQ5 cost to service...then double it!!!
I rang around pretty much all the dealers that I can get to and they all quoted the exact same price £584 and were none were willing to budge either...
Looks like I will just have to suck it up. At least they are picking the car up from home and then delivering it back in the same day.
Keep your pants on. ....its more painful for the dealer when they Roger you!

Just found this in my coding on my Q
IDE00827-ESI: minimum value of time between inspections: 730days
Would probably explain why I havent been asked by the car to go for a service yet and ties up with my MMI screen
