17958 - Charge Pressure: Control Deviation
Had the loss of power problem on my golf tdi 110 recently only when going up a hill it goes into limp mode. Recently worked the actuator bar so it was moving freely but it still went into limp mode again after. Now i have the vag-com software i checked for fault codes and it came up with 17958 - Charge Pressure: Control Deviation.
Would it still go into limp mode just because the fault hasnt been cleared?? Ive cleared it now but just wondered.
Thanks Andy
Re: 17958 - Charge Pressure: Control Deviation
If you clear the fault code, it does not fix the fault, you will have to do this to stop the fault code reappearing...
