Audi a4,2.0tdi, injector circuit intermitebt

Hello guys i am new to this forum, so please don’t smack me hard.
My problem is now and then about every two to three weeks my cars engine got a fault see below. Engine just start misfiring and need to pull over. After then i can push throttle down and car goes like nothing has happened.
It’s happening randomly,when it’s happened i just pull over, shut the engine, and straight way start, and now problems, no errors till again after some time week maybe 3weeks it’s comes out.
Any advice how serious and where should i look ?
