VW POLO 2010, Dipped headlight and rear running lights not working

So I noticed tonight my both my dipped headlights and rear running lights aren’t working and also my light inside my car doesn’t come on automatically when opening the door anymore only when switched manually. I’ve checked all the fuses, not checked the bulbs for obvious reasons of how many lights have become faulty at once.

The only thing I can think of that caused it was me changing a bulb in my boot with the ignition still on and could of possibly shorted it out but Where?! The fact my incar light doesn’t work either is making me think a possible relay fault?
