New A6 Saloon - Clunking at rear
Picked up the car today, new S-Line and can hear a clunking when on uneven roads, appears to be the back only as only happens when rear end is disturbed. Thought at first that it was the boot lid not adjusted correctly but cant seem any bump stops on it.
Some googling has suggested that it could be suspension stops loose/dislodged as packaging is removed from transportation. Is this something that can be done yourself, dont want to drive the 80 mile round trip to dealer TBH - especially when it's 80 miles from PCH allowance!
Thanks!

Almost certainly the bump stops, it's quite common where the pdi leaves somewhat to be desired. You should with a bit of contortion push it back up.

Have you double checked the spare wheel and bits are securely fastened?

Yes, first thing I did but as above checked this AM and could see the yellow rubber stops were down - they should be within the top of the shocker.
Took it into dealer and they sorted it in the time i drunk a cup of latte.
Thanks for help all!
