Thinking of buying - advice wanted
I am new to the forum so would appreciate kind replies. My in laws have diesel Audi s and I like the quality. For our motoring petrol is more suitable. A3 is about the right size. How easy is the access ? ( know will test drive but welcome hearing other opinions ) It will be second hand and wondering if there is any mileage at which big bills can kick in. Any advice on petrol A3s gratefully received and listened to. Probably 2011- 14 ish. Hope to keep under £10,000 cost but for right car will push it.
Re: Thinking of buying - advice wanted
Never before been on a site which was designed to be rude ( or is it supposed to be amusing ? ) being described as a 'one post wonder' is quite off putting. How else do you start on a forum. 61 views and not one piece of advice does not indicate many people ready to contribute. Scot22 now no more posts wonder. Best wishes everyone.

A3 1.9tdi Great car Expect 53-60.mpg

Misread query,re. petrol model sorry.
Re: Thinking of buying - advice wanted
I couldn't give advice for 2 reasons, I've never owned /driven a 2010/11 petrol a3 and because I own an 04 a3 2.0 tdi.
If viewers haven't commented there is usually a good reason.
On my a3 I get between 40-60mpg but I've a lead foot.
