Vw golf mk5 1.6 fsi eml

I have had the mk5 for about 6 weeks, sold as seen, eml came after around 5 starts, got the car checked out and showed this first:

17811 - egr system regulation deviation p14033 not a plausible signal
17439 - intake manifold tuning valve (n316) set point no reached p1031 not a plausible signal - intermittent
16784 - egr system malfunction p0400 not a plausible signal

So the garage recomended a new egr valve
I replaced the egr with a brand new one

the eml stayed on, scanned the car and this is only whats left

The mechanic said it doesnt seem to be an issue with the intake flap and it seems to be working, car is juddering slightly in nuetral, put some fuel cleaners through it, seems to help with abit of the juddering but fuel not improved

Any idea what the error code could mean... isit just a sensor i need replacing?

I want to sell the car but not with the engine management light on.

Cars done 108k btw
