Loose Timing Chain

Hello!

After some advice and help! I have been advised my my local garage that my timing chain is loose as two sensors were tripped as a result.

They have quoted me £700 and two days work?!! Has anyone else had this issue as I appreciate its a common problem.

If you have, have you fixed it yourself? If so, what kit did buy, or was it just the tensioner belt that was needed?
