Hi,
I have a problem with soft closing in my Q7. Sometimes it works sometimes not. And there is no any logic behind this. This problem concerns only driver’s door, in all other soft closing works properly. Audi service doesn’t have any idea how to fix it especially since it is not always.
Of course I can live with it but I am always frustrated when something doesn’t work as it should.
Does anybody with soft closing option experienced the same issues?
