    • First-class comfort, lower running costs and even better value for money
    • Prices start from £18,640 with first deliveries expected September 2015
    • Significant increase in standard equipment and technology across the range
    • Seven engines from launch with power outputs from 120PS to 280PS
    • DSG and 4x4 transmissions available on selected models

ŠKODA has announced UK full pricing and specifications for the all-new Superb. The new model will launch later this year with the widest range of engine, transmission and trim level options ever offered to buyers of ŠKODA’s flagship model.

The new Superb will be available with seven engine options with additional option of DSG automatic and 4x4 transmissions on selected models. The engine range consists of four TSI petrol and three TDI diesel units with outputs ranging from 120PS for the entry level diesel 1.6 TDI to 280PS for the new 2.0 TSI engine.

The launch range consists of four trim levels: S, SE, SE L Executive and Laurin & Klement, with each one offering higher specification and equipment levels than comparable models in the current line-up. Despite this impressive hike in specification across the board, ŠKODA has managed to make the new Superb even more affordable with the new 1.4 TSI S model available for £18,640 – some £50 less than the current entry-level S model.

At 4,861mm long and 1,864mm wide, the new Superb is 28mm longer and 47mm wider than its predecessor, while the 2,841mm wheelbase is 80mm longer, allowing for greater space within the passenger compartment. The boot is 30 litres larger than before, at 625 litres, expanding to a cavernous 1,760 litres with the rear seat backs folded. Despite the increased size, the new ŠKODA Superb is up to 75kg lighter than its predecessor, thanks in part to weight-saving measures made available by the car’s advanced MQB construction.

As befits a car at the top of the ŠKODA range, the new Superb is also brimming with new technology and the brand’s acclaimed Simply Clever features. Designed and engineered to make the new Superb safer and more comfortable, the new features include a clever Virtual pedal system that opens the boot with just the wave of a foot under the rear bumper and full integration of

Automobili Lamborghini is taking a major step into the future: with the newly developed Huracán LP 610-4, the successor to the highly successful Gallardo, the Italian super sports car manufacturer is redefining the benchmark in the segment. With its pure and absolute design, breathtaking dynamics and excellent quality, the Huracán delivers an unparalleled sports car experience. It unites mighty performance with a character perfectly suited to everyday use; its wide-ranging new technologies work together in a fully integrated fashion. Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini said: "With the Huracán, Lamborghini is writing the next chapter in its great history."

With 14,022 units produced, the Gallardo is the most successful Lamborghini model ever made. During its ten-year production run, it took the brand into a completely new dimension. In true Lamborghini tradition, the successor to the Gallardo also takes its name from the world of bullfighting: Huracán was a fighting bull of the Spanish Conte de la Patilla breed who fought in August 1879 in Alicante. His unyielding character made him invincible.

With the Huracán LP 610-4, Lamborghini is taking its purist, unmistakable design language to a whole new evolutionary level. The design is bold and edgy, with beautifully sculptural forms. The starting point of the design process was the Huracán's silhouette. The objective was to define the car with a single line stretching from the front end over the passenger cell to the rear. The side windows take on a hexagonal form that looks like a gem set into the profile of the Huracán. At

Commanding new Q7 incorporates hybrid drive for a combined 876-mile range and 166mpg potential

    • First diesel plug-in hybrid with quattro drive in its segment
    • First ever plug-in hybrid TDI from Audi
    • Six-cylinder TDI engine develops 373 PS
    • Electric-only range of up to 34 miles, increasing to 876 miles combined
    • Fully charged in two and half hours
    • Maximum efficiency with hybrid management
    • UK ordering expected to open at the end of 2015

Audi has combined its world renowned diesel engine expertise with its equally widely acclaimed flair for technological innovation to create its first TDI plug-in hybrid with quattro all-wheel drive. Making its world public debut at the Geneva Motor Show, the new Q7 e-tron quattro combines a frugal TDI engine with lithium-ion battery technology for a potential range of up to 876 miles and the ability to travel emission-free for over 34 miles on electric power alone, contributing to an official CO2 figure of less than 50 grams per kilometre.

The Q7 e-tron quattro is the second Audi model with a powerful plug-in hybrid drive system. With a system output of 373 PS and 700 Nm (516.3 lb-ft) system torque, it accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 6.0 seconds, and continues up to a top speed of 139 mph. According to the relevant standard for plug-in hybrid vehicles, however, the large SUV can return up to 166mpg combined, corresponding to CO2 emissions of under 50 grams per km. This value too sets new standards.

Like all Audi hybrid models, the Q7 e-tron quattro has also been designed as a parallel hybrid. The highly efficient 3.0 TDI is the latest-generation V6 diesel engine, delivering 258 PS of power and 600 Nm (442.5 lb-ft) of torque. Active engine mounts – a world first for a diesel engine – eliminate unwanted vibrations through selective counter pulses.

The disc-shaped electric motor provides 94 kW and 350 Nm (258.1 lb-ft) of torque. Together

New high-performance sports car celebrates world premiere at Geneva International Motor Show

New Porsche 911 GT3 RS unveiled: the definitive track car for everyday use

The new Porsche 911 GT3 RS, which is announced today, once again blurs the boundary between road-going sports cars and race cars. It is equipped with the maximum degree of motorsport technology currently possible in a street-legal 911, yet retains supreme suitability for everyday driving.

Extensive modifications to the drive system, aerodynamics and lightweight design enhance performance beyond that of even the 911 GT3. Indeed, the RS has set a lap time around the 14 mile Nürburgring Nordschleife of 7 min 20 secs; an achievement which also trumps the historic record value of the Carrera GT super sports car of just under 7 min and 29 secs. As a consequence, this clearly qualifies the 911 GT3 RS as the benchmark in its class – directly at its launch.

As befits the tradition at Porsche, motorsport expertise is the reason for this superior performance. The 911 GT3 RS is powered by a 4.0-litre six-cylinder engine with 500 hp (368 kW) of power and 460 Newton metres of torque, combined with a specially developed PDK transmission. The engine, which has the largest displacement and most power of any naturally-aspirated power unit with direct fuel injection in the 911 family, accelerates the high-performance sports car from 0 to 62 mph in 3.3 seconds and on to 124 mph (200 km/h) in 10.9 seconds. Combined NEDC fuel consumption is 22.2 mpg.

The latest generation of the Passat Alltrack* is celebrating its debut at this year's Geneva International Motor Show. Based on the new Passat Estate, the new Passat Alltrack impresses with an independent off-road look, 4MOTION permanent all-wheel drive and highly advanced technologies. The updated version confidently handles rough terrain, on the one hand, while simultaneously providing excellent cruising comfort – thanks to the driving profile selector and DCC adaptive chassis control.

The Passat Alltrack is an independent model within the model series. This can be seen in exterior features such as the modified bumpers (with underbody guard in stainless-steel look), rugged wheel arch and side sill moulding covers in "Anthracite" and sill extensions. Its 27.5 mm higher ground clearance also makes it ready for any driving situation. Anodised silver roof rails, "Alltrack" badges on the radiator grille and tailgate, and custom 17-inch alloy wheels (18- and 19-inch wheel options available) upgrade this Estate even more.

At the same time, the Passat Alltrack scores with state-of-the-art technology. Thanks to its special Offroad driving programme with suitably modified assistance systems, modified chassis and the alliance of EDS (electronic differential lock), XDS+ and 4MOTION permanent all-wheel drive, it is the perfect all-round vehicle for both the on-road and
