    Basically if you're using no excessive oil, no coolant and the MPG is good, i wouldn't worry too much. Maybe get a scan to see if any codes are stored.

    Yes - all three times when going uphill. Car wasn't full of stuff or towing but they're not exactly nimble in themselves anyway.

    Highly likely, usually find the wires broken close to the gearbox in the loom. Ideally you should remove the multi plug from the ecu and test the wires
