    That makes sense. Does it mean that the part itself is not good, or it's not fitted correctly? I did not see any specifics in ELSA about the installation.

    You beat me to it on that but it does not apply to the outer ball joint boots, only the inner bushes and I think he means the ball joint boots. These

    Sounds like whoever fitted these fitted them with the car in the air, which then puts the rubber section under strain.
