    No sun roof, front floor is dry and as you suggested I poured some water by the wipers and it ran straight through.

    Yes, I cleared the codes, but they come back again. I'm going to inspect the wheel speed sensor, but as Crasher said, it may be corrosion on the wheel

    Do you have a sunroof? The drain hoses on those can block or become disconnected.

    Another classic place is the drain holes at the bottom

    I have a 2011 2.0 TDI with stop/start and when my battery died 4 years ago I just fitted a replacement from Halfords and has been no problem ever since.

    I think they are except the Halfords one has a longer drive end versus the stubby ones - I am hoping that the stubby version of the XZN will be a snugger

    I had thought these spline bits were the same whether called M or ZXN, but do remember there is a lot of digging out gunk and rust from the bolt head
