    I can only think when you tightened the hub bolt the driveshaft splines have picked up in the hub and the driveshaft has not come fully home to support

    Did you lower the car onto its wheels during driveshaft removal? If so you may have damaged the bearing.

    Move the front seats forward: you can see the ventilation ducts under the front seats.

    There are 3 individual ducts, each approx 5cm x 2cm.

    Thatís v interesting thanks for posting. I too have a mysterious rattle type of noise, only happens on cornering and is like something sliding on plastic.

    Hopefully it is a low voltage issue, if they do not clear you'll need a diagnostic scan. The car will need to be driven a while and steering turned lock
