    Ideally a proper pressure test but if the AC system is not reporting a pressure problem then you need to look at the compressor drive to make sure it

    The genuine front dampers are 4G0 413 031 C and originally would have been Monroe and would be the Bilstein 19-226903 you quote, Sachs do not list it.

    I would still suspect the tensioner, when back together watch the tens pulley closely, it will bounce up and down that is normal, what you want to see
