    I may be wrong but I think it has misread the codes, this often happens with generic scanners.

    You will need 5x100/M14 to 5x112/M14 spacer adapters and these are going to be at least 15mm thick so that thickness has to be subtracted from the ET

    You need to pull them downwards to get them out - in the Thule Bar kit I had there was a little tool to remove them.
