    my 2004 1.9 tdi bkc golf mkv (of 162,000m) is letting a little diesel seep from the pump and i think as a consequence has warped

    Airbag module.. Which went all of a sudden.. No accidents.. Was just driving and the light came on dash. No comms with module with vcds. I hate audi now

    Ask them to give you the DPF Ash Mass and Soot Loading figures, better than that, get a keen VAG specialist to do it instead.

    I snapped my bolt off too on the N/S, the O/S came out with some persuasion and some WD40 'Yellow' penetrating oil but the N/S wouldn't budge, even with

    Just to close this thread. I got it sorted by Avon Tuning who adjusted the cam timings slightly. The smell has gone and the lumpy idle is gone. Thanks

    Still no issues since the update, plus all the POIs I installed via an SD card now show up in Google Earth (speed cameras, Greggs etc.)!
