The first all-electric ŠKODA to wear the brand’s famous vRS badge will arrive in the UK in July, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in the vRS story. Following its world premiere last month, the ENYAQ Coupé iV vRS will be available to order from 17 February with on-the-road prices starting from Ł51,885.

Like all ENYAQ Coupé iV models, the vRS is fitted with a full-length panoramic glass roof as standard.

The ENYAQ Coupé iV vRS comes with black 20-inch Taurus wheels as standard with 21-inch Vision wheels with an anthracite finish available as an option. • Fully-electric ENYAQ Coupé iV is based on the Volkswagen Group’s MEB platform
    • The world premiere was held in Prague on 31 January

Series production of the new ŠKODA ENYAQ Coupé iV has started at ŠKODA AUTO’s main plant in Mladá Boleslav. Like the successful, fully-electric ENYAQ iV, it is based on the Volkswagen Group’s Modular Electrification Toolkit (MEB). More than 120 units of the elegant coupé will be produced every day at the main plant alongside the ENYAQ iV, OCTAVIA and OCTAVIA iV model series.

Michael Oeljeklaus, ŠKODA AUTO Board Member for Production and Logistics, emphasises: “Last year, we produced 50,000 units of the ŠKODA ENYAQ iV. Now we are taking it to the next level by launching production of the new ŠKODA ENYAQ Coupé iV. I would like to congratulate the team on the successful completion of the preparation phase. It’s a great honour for the entire team that the coupé version of our successful electric SUV is also being produced at the heart of the brand, in Mladá Boleslav.”

In future, 2000 employees will be assembling more than 120 units of the ŠKODA ENYAQ Coupé iV a day on the same production line as the ENYAQ iV and OCTAVIA. The two ENYAQ iV variants are the only models based on the Volkswagen Group’s Modular Electrification Toolkit (MEB) to roll off a European assembly line outside Germany.

The emotive ŠKODA ENYAQ Coupé iV combines sporty lines with generous space and offers a boot capacity of 570 litres. The panoramic glass roof, which comes as standard, is the largest ...

    • ŠKODA is adding an emotive coupé and its first ever all-electric vRS variant to its ENYAQ iV range
    • Athletic, elegant lines and a generously sized interior
    • Power outputs up to 220 kW** and rear‑ or all‑wheel drive
    • A range of up to 339 miles*** in the WLTP cycle and fast-charging capability
    • More sustainable: seat covers made of new wool and recycled PET bottles, and ecologically tanned leather

Following the successful launch of the ENYAQ iV, ŠKODA is now adding an elegant coupé to the range. The line-up will also include a sporty vRS variant. The ŠKODA ENYAQ COUPÉ iV features an even more emotive design and, displaying sporty lines, generous space and a boot capacity of 570 l. At a value of 0.234, its drag coefficient (cd) has also been improved in comparison to the ENYAQ iV SUV. Depending on specification, this enables a range of up to 339 miles*** in the WLTP cycle, making the car perfectly suitable for travelling long distances. In the UK the coupé will be available with one battery size and a choice of rear- or all-wheel drive, and three power outputs ranging from 150 kW* to 220 kW** (vRS variant) for the ENYAQ COUPÉ iV. As with the ENYAQ iV, Design Selections replace the classic trim levels for the interior.

Thomas Schäfer, ŠKODA AUTO CEO, says: “Following the successful launch of the SUV, the new ENYAQ COUPÉ iV brings even more emotiveness, sports styling and elegance to the ŠKODA iV family. Our designers and engineers have once again succeeded in combining a high degree of functionality with an emotive design. The brand-new range-topping model is also the first-ever all-electric ŠKODA vRS. The ENYAQ COUPÉ iV perfectly combines emotion with efficiency, offering the ŠKODA-typical generous amounts of space, even in a particularly elegant body.”

The new ŠKODA ENYAQ COUPÉ iV and the ENYAQ iV are produced at ŠKODA’s main plant in Mladá Boleslav, making them the only MEB-based Volkswagen Group vehicles in Europe to be built outside of Germany. Due to its composition and a long wheelbase, the MEB modular electric car platform enables new options in terms of body proportions and design. As the high-voltage battery for the drive system is fully incorporated into the underbody, and because electric vehicles don’t have a transmission tunnel, the space available for rear-seat passengers is also particularly generous.

Dark tinted panoramic glass roof as standard and gently rearward sloping roofline

The new ŠKODA ENYAQ COUPÉ iV features an even more emotive design than the SUV variant and, in addition to a SportLine derivative, is also available as an athletic range-topping ...

    • Fourth-generation FABIA continues the tradition of sporty lifestyle variants
    • Sporty exterior with numerous black elements and unique Monte Carlo skirts
    • Sporty interior design with red accents and carbon-style elements

ŠKODA AUTO has released several official design sketches, offering a first glimpse of the new FABIA Monte Carlo. The sporty lifestyle variant made its debut eleven years ago in the second-generation FABIA. The signature black Monte Carlo elements show off the fourth-generation FABIA’s considerably more emotive lines and dynamic proportions. Carbon-style elements and red decorative trim strips provide accents in the sporty interior.

The exterior sketch of the new ŠKODA FABIA Monte Carlo shows how the signature details of this model version enhance the emotive design and dynamic appearance of the new FABIA. The frame of the ŠKODA grille features the same black finish as the spoiler lip on the exclusive front apron, which is characterised by a large air intake. The diffuser in the sporty rear apron and the lettering on the tailgate are also finished in black, as are the exterior mirror caps, the window frames, the side skirts and the rear spoiler; the wings feature Monte
    Carlo badges.

The interior is predominantly black. The height-adjustable sports seats benefit from integrated headrests, while the 3-spoke multifunction sports steering wheel bears the Monte Carlo badge. The leather trims for the steering wheel rim as well as the handbrake and gear stick feature black stitching. ...

Both are available to order now.

New KODIAQ SE Drive and SE L Executive

An update to the KODIAQ range will see a new SE Drive trim level replace the previous SE grade. • ŠKODA makes Up to 120kW and Up to 125kW DC fast charging a standard feature on the ENYAQ iV 60, 80 and 80 SportLine models
    • Enyaq iV able to take full advantage of a new generation of ultra-fast chargers

ŠKODA is reducing the time new Enyaq iV owners will spend charging by equipping all new models with upgraded DC fast charging as standard. As part of the brand’s ongoing commitment to offer exceptional value for money, the upgrade means that new owners will be able to significantly cut charging times when connected to the new generation of higher power DC rapid chargers.

The update covers both new Enyaq iV 60 and Enyaq iV 80 models and means that buyers of the 60 can charge at up to 120kW while those choosing the 80 can charge at up to 125kW as standard. Previously, both models had a maximum charging rate of up to 50kW as standard. In real terms this means that the charge time (to 80%) for an Enyaq iV 60 charging at up to 120kW charger is reduced from 55 minutes to 35 minutes*. For the Enyaq iV 80, the time is reduced from 1hr 10 minutes to just 38 minutes with up to 125kW DC charging.

While the majority of the UK’s public DC rapid chargers have an output of 50kW, a new generation of high output chargers is being installed across the country. These advanced new units have outputs ranging between 120kW and 350kW and have been designed to dramatically shorten charging periods. All Enyaq iV models can charge at any rapid charger equipped with an industry-standard CCS connection.
