    • Available in hatch and estate forms with three engine options
    • Prices start from just Ł20,155 OTR - available to order now.

Priced from Ł20,155 OTR, the SE Drive can be specified in both hatch and estate forms and comes with three engine options – two petrol and one diesel – with DSG transmission available on all three powerplants. The SE Drive engine range starts with a 1.0 TSI petrol unit with 115PS, with a more powerful 1.5 TSI 150PS unit just above it. The diesel option is a 1.6 TDI unit with 115PS capable of returning 56.5 - 49.6mpg on the WLTP combined cycle (SE Drive hatch with six-speed manual transmission).

All SE Drive models are equipped with 17-inch Denom alloy wheels as standard, along with Amundsen navigation with integrated WiFi and textile floor mats. Despite having additional equipment that would cost more than Ł1,300 if specified as individual options on an SE, the SE Drive commands only a modest Ł550 premium over the SE.

    • Design sketches of the ŠKODA KAMIQ show powerful contours and new design accents
    • A first for ŠKODA: Split headlights with daytime running lights above
    • Distinctive grille and high ground clearance make the KAMIQ a typical SUV

ŠKODA offers a first glimpse of the new ŠKODA KAMIQ with two exclusive design sketches. With its powerful, rugged looks, the city SUV continues the Czech carmaker’s successful SUV design language and adds some new highlights, including split
headlight with daytime running lights above – a first for ŠKODA.

At the front, the powerful and confident appearance of the new ŠKODA KAMIQ city SUV is defined by a wide, upright radiator grille, which comes with double slats, a typical feature for the ŠKODA SUV design, and picks up the distinctively sculpted lines of the bonnet above. The striking tornado line visually elongates the vehicle and harmonizes perfectly with the dynamic roofline. The robust silver-coloured front spoiler underscores the model’s off-road looks. A highlight at the front is the new two-part LED headlamp design – a first for ŠKODA – with the daytime running light strips positioned above the main headlights. In addition, the KAMIQ is the first ŠKODA to have dynamic indicators at the front and rear. The headlamp lenses with crystalline effects and LED units enhance the car’s premium appeal.

Oliver Stefani, ŠKODA Chief Designer said: “In our new KAMIQ city SUV we’ve implemented a completely new headlamp configuration. The two-part headlamps with daytime running lights above are

    • Volkswagen presents concept vehicle modelled on the legendary American dune buggies from the 60s and 70s
    • Clear, sculptural design conveys what it means to simply get behind the wheel and drive
    • World premičre at the International Geneva Motor Show

Volkswagen is bringing a legend back to life! At the beginning of March, the Wolfsburg-based Group will reveal the first fully electric version of a new buggy. Taking its cues from popular American dune buggies, the concept vehicle is based on the modular electric drive matrix (MEB), demonstrating how multifaceted the new platform truly is.

“A buggy is more than a car. It is vibrancy and energy on four wheels. These attributes are embodied by the new e-buggy, which demonstrates how a modern, non-retro interpretation of a classic can look and, more than anything else, the emotional bond that electric mobility can create,” states Klaus Bischoff, Head Designer at Volkswagen.

The concept of the fully electric buggy is based on the historical predecessors that found their home in California. Back then, the chassis of the Beetle served as the basis; now, the MEB is proving to be just as flexible. True to the original style, this reinterpretation of a proper buggy has no fixed roof or conventional doors, while the free-standing wheels fitted with off-road tyres and open side sills dominate the overall look.

The new MEB concept vehicle shows that this fully electric platform can be used for more than just large-scale series production models. Like the
