Hi All,

I have read a number of topics on this and have worked out, from listening to the individual rear sensors, that one is not working (the one on the back left as you face the car from the rear).

I can get my hand over the sensor from behind the bumper but cannot work out how to remove it to replace it. Do you know if this is possible or does the whole bumper have to come off?

Also, if i am taking the whole bumper am i better off simply replacing ALL of the sensors at the same time and getting some from somewhere other than Audi, that will be alot cheaper?

Does anyone know of a good make of parking sensor that will fit the factory Audi wiring kit for these sensors, or does it all need to be replaced?

Many Thanks
Jason

Just done that myself. I drilled out the sensors so that the back bits and the cable-form dropped down and was easily removed then it was easy to insert new (non audi ) ones along with a new control box and sounder unit. Expect to pay about £70 for a good system beware the cheapies
