i really want my car looking clean and shiny, however i wouldnt be able to afford and use all the products a pro or detailer would use
at the moment i got auto glym shampoo and the polish.
i have a few swirl marks and poorly touched up stone chips by the previous owner which i really wanna try and mask.
is there any products i can buy or use without going too silly on expense?
oh the colour is ebony black the way.
thanks

Autoglym shampoo and the SRP are both excellent IMO. The polish is probably not abrasive enough for Audi paint though. But it will fill and minimise swirling. I'd top it off with a coat or 2 of wax. Collinite 476s is my choice- good shine, lasts for ages, and relatively cheap. You should seal your stone chips for now with an Audi touch up paint.

Head along to the detailing world forum for tips galore!

You can use them together. The ultimate compound is a more aggressive polish and will removed the scratches, where as the SRP is actually masking the scratches and hiding the defects.
