Hi, my 1994 80 2.0 sport has been hesitant starting from cold - firing on two/three cylinders till it warmed up. Then it runs absolutely fine.
Thought it was the ECU sender fooling the injection into thinking the engine was warm when it wasn't. Got a replacement, not fitted.
Today the car died a taroundabout, RAC towed home, says I need a new Distributor. Think the Hall effect sender is to blame.
Anyone had any experience of this & where can I get a new Distributor & Hall sender - or is this included in the Distributor??
Help greatly appreciated.
