What oil and how much for 2007 Leon 1.6 sport

Wondered what viscosity to get for oil change on girlfriends 1.6 sport (2007 model)? Eurocarparts website only shows 5W30 oil but i have some 5W40 fully synthetic for my Audi 3.0 left over, can this be used instead?

And does anyone know how much oil she'll hold, including the filter?

Any oil which says on the back that it meets or exceeds VW spec 504.00 specification is fine for your Leon.

The engine holds 4.5l of oil.
