I've got an engine mount fault code using a gendan fault code reader, but it just says Engine Mount Valve Stage 1, (055F) so I don't know which mount is faulty.
Can anybody tell me if a proper vag-com would identify which specific mount is knackered? I was going to buy the mount off ebay and have a mate fit it so could do with knowing which one to buy.
My car knocks and bangs when i pull away and accelerate, so hopefully a new mount will cure it.
