Both the rear power outlets on my 2001 1.8t passat has just stopperd working. I have checked all of the fuses but none are blown. Are there any more fuses that I need to check? Has anyone else had this problem?

Are there specific fuses mentioned in your manual for those power outlets. I expect they will be 20amp ones for the demand you might put on them.

I wonder if they have a separate circuit?

hi i've had the same problem as you, the fuses are inside the panel under the stearing wheel.you need to remove screws inside normal fuse box and two under stearing wheel then pull panel toward you the fuses are in there

Thanks. I would never of found the fuses under the dash. Upon closer inspection, I have found two more fuses just above these two. one is 15a and that is fine, the other is 20a and it is blown. I do not have a manual or fuse order so do not know what they are for. Must be something that I am not missing! Any ideas?
