Problems with my coupe

:confused: Just to problems at the Mo.
central locking has stopped working
and the boot lid rattles like a good un' (driving me nuts)(and i've turned the radio up before anyone comments).

Also can any tell me where i can get a good workshop manual as its not covered by haynes as its a 1995 model.:zx11:

You wont find a Haynes, but I believe Bentley do cover the coupe.
The rear gate rattle is as common as the four chrome rings on the grill.
For best results ask anything on here and the guys and girls usually jump to help out a fellow Audi nut

The hatch rattling can be adjusted in 2 ways. There are 'mushroom' shaped stops which are height adjustable and set the closed height/tension. There are also rubber wedge type stops to either side, which control side to side movement. too much tension on either will stop the hatch from releasing (can help if you push down on the spoiler as you push the lock to release)

Manual for the old car covers a lot of relevant stuff on the facelifted cars, except engine!

Does Central locking work from the passenger side? Or no operation of the pump at all?
