Hi All

Has anyone remapped their 143bhp tdi, Love the car but its just lacking a little power in my opinion and deciding if a remap may be worth the money.

If your car is a 2010MY then I believe it cannot be mapped......yet.

There was a guy who posted on here sometime ago singingthe praises of a Spider tuning box and this is my prefered route.

had mine mapped by dms and it is great. Revs better and much faster. The service was excellent and they came to me as well- then the price was quite expensive!

Thanks for getting back to me people, yeah its the 2008 onwards model. Whats the fuel consumption like after the remap? I dont tend to have too much of a heavy foot, just now and again.

It does depend on your driving style and the type of driving that you do, but generally you can expect around a 10% improvement in fuel economy.
