Reason I say sort of, I originally signed up about 4 years ago when I bought a Coupe GT.
It was an impulse buy, and was a return to five cylinder engines after a couple of years gap.
Sadly, i only had it two weeks before somebody pulled out in front of me at a roundabout, and there was nothing I could do, so, bye bye GT !
(At least I made a profit on the insurance!):p
So, 4 years later, after a flirtation with a few Alfa 75's, and a Volvo 850 T-5, I got the Audi bug again, and I just picked up a Coupe 2.3E.
Got it for a fair price, long MOT and tax. :Blush:
Very clean, and very well looked after, but needing a couple of minor jobs.
ABS light is on, and it needs wishbone bushes and strut top mounts, so, budget permitting, a set of lowering springs might go on when the mounts get done.
Got a list somewhere, and this is my 7th Coupe, and 15th Audi all told. Mostly all 5 pots, including a 200 Turbo, and one Coupe GT I converted to turbo !
Not got many pictures yet, been busy getting it all polished up, but watch this space. :approve:
