noisey top end ?

my 2 litre audi 80 coupe ACE engine sounds a bit noisey tappets ? my question is Is it a hard job sorting this because there is a big manifold over the top to remove 1st or would a oil change with good oil help ?thx any help advice appriciated :1zhelp:

could it possibly be made quieter by checking?adjusting gaps with feeler gauges neighbour 1nce did that on a vectra can anybody help me :(
